HyperSharp

Privacy Policy

Your photos stay on your iPhone.

Effective August 13, 2026

Overview

The HyperSharp app does not collect or transmit personal data. It has no accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, or third-party software development kits.

Camera access

HyperSharp uses the physical 0.5x ultra-wide and 1x main rear cameras to capture and fuse a photo. Camera images are processed on the device and are never transmitted to HyperSharp or any third party.

Photo library access

HyperSharp requests add-only photo library permission when you choose to save a fused result. The app does not read, scan, or upload your photo library.

Storage and retention

Source captures and temporary results remain on the device. HyperSharp does not operate a server that receives or retains them. Photos you save are managed by you through the Photos app and your own iCloud settings.

Support email

Contacting support is optional. If you email HyperSharp Support, we receive your email address, the name provided by your email service, and anything you choose to include in the message or attachments. We use this information only to respond to your request and troubleshoot the issue. It is not used for advertising, marketing, tracking, or analytics. Support correspondence is handled through our email provider and retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request, maintain support records, or comply with law. You may ask us to delete your support correspondence.

Children's privacy

The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion of support correspondence sent by a child.

Changes

If HyperSharp's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy information will be updated before the change is released.
